My husband is the bravest man. While leaving my parents house tonight, which is kinda out in the country, Mike spotted a snake near our car. He calmly brought Noah back inside and then chased the snake down with a shovel. Multiple times he had to rake the snake closer to him so that he could try to kill it. After it was dead Kenny declared that it was a
copperhead snake- yikes!! Copperheads are poisonous snakes. I give thanks to the Lord that I didn't walk right out and step on the snake and that Mike noticed the snake in the darkness. I am so thankful for the Lord's hedge of protection around our family. This is what it looked like-

Snakes are by far my biggest fear in life! Praise for God's protection! I just caught up a little bit. How wonderful to a group of Christian women to accompany you through such wonderful, yet challenging times of life! I am thrilled for you and was blessed and still am in the same way. I LOVE that you started blogging!! Its really neat to look back, especially after a year or so and realize how much things have changed. Pretty neat with children. Please tell your family I said hello! I look forward to hopefully seeing you next week!
P.S.
My blog is a little lacking right now, moved in May and still working on gettting home computer set up, looking for a desk! Stay tuned!
